These terms cover MBOX to PST installation, trial use, licensing, purchases and refunds. Read the software license agreement before installing the utility.
Product identity
Convert MBOX to PST is a Windows utility included in ReliefJet Essentials for Outlook. Relief Software develops the utility under the ReliefJet brand. Relief, LLC is the software licensor.

Installation, use and purchases are governed by the ReliefJet Essentials EULA, ReliefJet Terms and Conditions, and any terms shown by the authorized reseller during checkout.
Downloads and software license
Get the installer from our Download page. MBOX to PST is included in ReliefJet Essentials for Outlook.
Downloading the installer does not provide a paid license. Installation and use are governed by the EULA shown by the installer. The EULA grants only the rights provided by your selected license and reserves all other rights to Relief, LLC and its licensors.

Trial and paid editions
The trial allows up to ten runs of the MBOX to PST converter.
The following license options are available for the converter:
- Single Utility License: one selected utility on one computer, with no transfer to another computer or utility; command-line use, parameter macros, Outlook rules integration, free updates, and Windows Server activation are not included.
- Personal Edition: all 174 utilities, Outlook rules integration and parameter macros, one extra copy on a personal laptop, and one year of free updates; Windows Server activation is not included.
- Professional Edition: all 174 utilities, command-line use, Task Scheduler integration, Windows Server activation, two years of free updates, and lifetime support.
Personal and Professional are lifetime licenses with different included support and update periods. See the license agreement for the full terms. Site and Company licenses are also available. Purchases and refunds
PayPro Global is our authorized e-commerce reseller. It handles checkout and payment details. Prices may appear in a regional currency and exclude VAT unless the checkout says otherwise.
We offer a conditional 30-day money-back guarantee: if you report a product bug or issue within 30 days of purchase, we will fix it or refund the purchase price. See the guarantee terms. Send order, payment, and refund questions to our support team or to the reseller shown on the receipt.
Accuracy and safe use
Software requirements, screens, procedures, prices, and third-party services can change. The date on a guide shows when it was last reviewed. Check an important requirement or purchase term against the official source linked on that page.
Work from a copy of the MBOX archive, keep the original, and inspect the PST before deleting or changing any source data. Some MBOX variations or damaged files may not produce a complete result. Software warranties and limits of liability are set by our EULA. Any legal rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
Trademarks and external services
ReliefJet and ReliefJet Essentials are our product names. Microsoft, Outlook, Windows, Gmail, Google Takeout, Mozilla Thunderbird, Apple Mail, and other names belong to their respective owners. Mentioning compatibility does not mean those companies sponsor this site.
When you follow an external link, the destination's terms and privacy policy apply. Review them before downloading software, contacting support, or buying a license.
