Mailbox data is not sent to this site

Convert MBOX to PST is a Windows application. It reads MBOX files from the local or network location you choose and writes PST files through classic Outlook on the same computer. This website does not receive the source mailbox, resulting PST, attachments, message headers, or mailbox passwords.

This policy covers our MBOX2PST website. Our support form and checkout are hosted separately, as explained below.

Data the public pages do not collect

The public pages provide:

no visitor account or sign-in;
no contact or file-upload form;
no comments, forum, or user-published content;
no analytics, advertising, tracking pixel, or tag manager;
no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no other browser storage;
no payment fields or checkout on this site;
no embedded third-party media or fonts loaded from another website.

The contact page links to our support form on reliefjet.com. Download buttons open our Download page, then our installer on download.mbox2pst.net. Purchase links lead to our license selection page and checkout with our authorized reseller, PayPro Global. Information you enter in the support form or checkout is handled under the terms of that service.

Site editors use separate accounts to manage the website. Those staff sign-in sessions are outside the public pages covered here.

A short notice asks about cookies on your first visit. Answering it stores one cookie, mbox2pst_cookies, on this website's own address. It holds only the fact that the notice was answered, so that it is not shown again, and it expires after a year. It carries no identifier, is not read by anyone else and is not used to follow you between websites. Declining it is a matter of clearing cookies for this site in your browser, or blocking them — nothing on these pages stops working without it.

Connection details used to serve the site

To deliver any web page, hosting and network systems receive basic connection details such as your IP address, requested page, time, browser name, and the page that referred you. Public pages are served as static files; viewing them does not write connection details to the CMS database.

On this host, routine web access logging is disabled for this site. Server error logs can still contain connection and request details. They are configured for daily rotation with 14 rotated files retained; rotation is not a guarantee that every record is deleted after exactly 14 days.

We have not confirmed retention periods for separate hosting-provider logs or backups, so we do not describe all infrastructure logs as short-lived. Do not place personal information in this site's web address or query string.

Our support form requests the product, operating system, Outlook version, name, email address, subject, and message. Our Terms and Conditions explain how we use information submitted through that form. PayPro Global processes purchases and provides its own privacy and order terms during checkout.

Use our support form to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted to us, or about licensing and product support. For payment and order information, use the PayPro Global contact details on your receipt.

Changes

If this site adds a form, analytics, further cookies, content loaded from another service, or another feature that processes visitor data, this policy will be updated to explain it. The revision date above shows when this policy was last reviewed.
